The Food Begin your love affair with the Pan-fried duck liver ($36.50), tucked in between layers of sweet caramelized pears and crunchy grapes. The meat was soft and moist, with a slightly crisp surface. Other good starters would be the home made smoked barbeque duck breast ($38), with confit of tomatoes and raspberries. Not as memorable as the Pan-fried duck liver perhaps, but the succulent folds of duck meat was equally palatable.
Continue to stoke the fires with the delectable sautéed Jumbo King Prawns flavored with sage. ($54) The juicy prawns were considerably large in size, with a springy texture and they come with a generous portion of spinach and smoked bacon. Steak fans will be seduced by the Pan-fried beef and fricassee of wild mushrooms ($52.00), draped with red wine sauce.
The absolute pinnacle, however, had to be dessert. The seven sins of chocolate ($38.50) dessert platter would be the ultimate love affair for some chocoholics. This guilty indulgence was worth ever sinful bite, so succumb without inhibitions. A luscious chocolate crème brulee, chocolate parfait, palair, warm chocolate cake, mini chocolateprofiterole , a velvety smooth milk chocolate mousse and chocolate leigeois , make the list for the seven amorous sins.
Other dessert option will be the Sabayon Gace Au Marsala with chilled Venetian zabaglione ($36). The fluffy beaten egg foam was lightly scented with marsala wine and complimented with strawberries.
